Para a Expomus viajar é sinônimo de modo de ser. Está em nosso DNA. Nesses quase 30 anos de existência nossa equipe transitou por muitos continentes e países, levando nossa cultura, nossa arte e modo de viver.

Viajar pelo Brasil ou para o exterior é algo cotidiano para o colaborador Expomus. Conviver com diferentes culturas e compartilhá-las com os companheiros ao chegar é um ato prazeroso, trazer uma pequena lembrança ou um docinho delicioso para compartilhar no nosso café, nosso canto de convivência, é algo absolutamente fundamental. Nestes momentos surgem as histórias, os relatos de viagem, os “casos a contar”, as dicas para os próximos viajantes, os cuidados a serem tomados seja no embarque, no trajeto, na alfândega, ou no país visitado.

É também nesses encontros espontâneos que se aprende o modo de ser e de viajar da Expomus, as características de nossas ações no exterior, a capacidade de compartilhar experiências com diferentes equipes, como flexibilizar para encontrar soluções quando se está distante da base e, ao mesmo tempo, como manter a tranqüilidade em momentos de risco, de distúrbio, de instabilidade no país visitado ou no projeto em que se está envolvido. Aprende-se a assumir responsabilidades, compartilha-las e, mais do que isso, a tomar iniciativas e deliberações em momentos de pressão que, muitas vezes, o projeto internacional nos reserva.
