Franz Krajcberg foi o artista convidado para a celebração dos 60 anos do MAM-SP. Precursor da arte ecológica no Brasil, o artista retomou as premissas propostas no Manifesto do Rio Negro em cerca de 65 esculturas e 40 fotografias feitas e selecionadas por ele.
No Manifesto, firmado em parceria com Pierre Restany e Sepp Baendereck em 1978, são lançadas as bases conceituais para uma nova consciência ambiental e existencial, denominada de naturalismo. A idéia é que a arte, assim como a visão ambiental do ser humano, seja destituída da busca pelo poder, em qualquer âmbito que isso possa ser encontrado (social, político, religioso), para encontrar uma nova sensibilidade aguçada, livre de julgamentos e diretamente ligada à limpeza e prontidão da percepção.
A Mostra foi eleita a exposição do ano pela Associação Paulista dos Críticos de Arte - APCA
